Ghee is easily digestible and is a good alternative to butter, oil and fat. It gives dishes a refined, nutty taste. Ideal for roasting, baking, stewing, steaming, light roasting of spices and for the refinement of Indian and Ayurvedic dishes.
 
This organic clarified butter is made from high-quality Austrian Alpine milk. The cows are fed only with grass and hay. It is made following classical ayurvedic procedures and is medicated with organic herbs. It is produced at AMLA Natur's own facility in Rosengarten.
