Triphala is a very old recipe that contains equal amounts of Amalaki, Bibhitaki und Haritaki. It cares for the body by gently releasing all blockages and excesses.  It harmonises all three doshas. The fruits of the plants are used.

It contains Amla fruit, It contains Amla fruits, Myrobalan fruit panicles (Haritaki) and green Myrobalan fruits (Bibhitaki) from controlled organic cultivation.

The tablets contain 50% organic herb and 50% standardised extract. This gives the tablets the advantages of both. On the one side the product contains the traditional Churna (powder) with the full value of the herb and its components and secondary plant materials; on the other side the modern plant extract contains the active ingredients in a higher concentration.
