Storage, Processing and Use of Personal Data
You can visit our site without submitting personal information. We merely store access data without reference to persons, e.g. name of your internet service provider, the page from which you are visiting us or the name of the requested page. This data is processed exclusively to improve our offerings and does not allow any conclusion about your person.

Your personal data is only stored, if you voluntarily submit it to us in the context of a merchandise order or the opening of a customer account. We use the data you submit to us without your separate permission exclusively for fulfilling and processing your order. With the completion of the contract and complete payment of the order total the data is blocked from further use and will be deleted according to the terms of the German tax and trade laws, unless you expressly gave us permission for continued use of your data.

Transfer of Information
Your data will be transferred to the commissioned logistics company, if it is necessary for the delivery of the merchandise. We also transfer your payment data to the financial institution commissioned with the processing of the payment.

There is no transfer to other third parties.

Use of Cookies
In order for you to be able to place an order in our online shop, a so-called "permanent cookie" is set when accessing certain pages. This is a small text file which will which will be stored on your computer beyond the session of the browser. The sole purpose of this file is to enable the use of certain applications, e.g. our shopping cart system.

Google Analytics
Our online shop uses Google Analytics, an internet analysis service of Google Inc (“Google“). Google Analytics uses so called “cookies”, text files, which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your usage of this web site by you. Your personal data is transmitted during the order processing in the internet using RC4 256bit SSL encryption. We protect our web site and other systems with technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, manipulation or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Your customer account can only be accessed after entering your personal password. You should always keep your access codes in a safe place and close your browser window after you have finished your communication with us, particularly if you share your computer with others.

Right of Access
According to German law you have a right to free access to your stored data and a right to correction, blocking or erasure of the data if necessary.
